Mega Block on 27.12.2020 (Sunday)

Central Railway, Mumbai Division will operate Mega Block on its Suburban Sections for carrying out maintenance work on Sunday, 27th December 2020

MATUNCA – MULUND UP AND DN FAST LINES FROM 10.30 AM TO 3.30 PM

• Dn Fast Line services leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai from 9.53 am to 3.13 pm will be diverted on Dn slow line at Matunga, halting at all Stations from Sion to Mulund and will be re-diverted on Dn Fast Line at Mulund and arrive destination 15 minutes behind Schedule.
• Up fast line services leaving Thane from 10.04 am to 3.26 pm will be diverted on Up slow line at Mulund, halting at all stations from Mulund to Dadar and will be re-diverted on Up Fast Line at Parel and will arrive destination 15 minutes behind schedule.

PANVEL-VASHI UP & DN HARBOUR LINES FROM 11.05 AM TO 4.05 PM (INCLUDING BELAPUR / NERUL – KHARKOPAR LINE)

• Up Harbour line services towards Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai leaving Panvel / Belapur from 10.49 am to 4.01 pm and Dn Harbour Line Services to Panvel / Belapur leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus from 10.03 am to 3.16 pm will remain cancelled.
• Up Trans Harbour Line Services towards Thane leaving Panvel from 11.02 am to 3.53 pm and Dn Trans Harbour Line Services to Panvel / Belapur leaving Thane from 10.01 am to 3.20 pm will remain cancelled.
• However, Special Trains will run on Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai – Vashi Section during the block period.
• Trans Harbour Line Services will be available between Thane- Vashi Stations during the block period.

These maintenance Mega Blocks are essential for infrastructure upkeep and safety. Passengers are requested to bear with the Railway Administration for the inconvenience caused.

Jumbo Block on 27-12-2020

WR’s JUMBO BLOCK BETWEEN BORIVALI AND GOREGAON STATIONS ON SUNDAY 27.12.2020

To carry out maintenance work of tracks, signalling and overhead equipment, a Jumbo Block of five hrs will be taken on UP and DOWN fast lines between Borivali and Goregaon from 10.35 hrs to 15.35 hrs on Sunday i.e 27.12.2020

According to a press release issued by Shri Sumit Thakur – Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway, during the block period, all UP and Down fast line trains will run on slow lines between Goregaon and Borivali . Due to block few suburban trains will remain cancelled, whose list is available in Station Master’s office. Passengers are requested to please take note of the above arrangements.
