- Train Journey by Special tourist train in 1st AC / 2nd AC class.
- 09 Nights stay in AC accommodation as per itinerary.
- 10 Nights stay in respective Rail coaches during overnight train journey.
- Onboard train meals (veg only): will be served in Rail restaurants.
- Off board meals (veg only) in good quality Restaurant / Hotels.
- All Transfers and sightseeing in AC Coaches / Tempo travelers.
- Travel insurance for the passengers.
- IRCTC Tour Managers will travel throughout the tour for necessary assistance.

Package Exclusions:
- Boating, adventure sports etc.
- Meals are preset and a choice of menu is not available.
- Any room service will be chargeable.
- Cost of sightseeing, entrance and local guides etc. not included in the itinerary.
- Cost for local transfers i.e. Auto, E-rickshaws etc.
- All kind of tips to drivers, waiters, guides, representative, Fuel Surcharge, etc.
- Any expenses of personal nature such as laundry expenses, mineral water, food and drinks not in the regular menus provided by us.
- Anything not included in the inclusions.

Terms and Conditions:
- With reference to your booking following points are being highlighted for better understanding of the guests –
- Your Train travel will be in Deluxe Ac Tourist Train in respective class as booked by you.
- As per the berth configuration in Indian Railway coaches, Lower and Upper Berths are available for travel in First and Second class AC Coaches. Berth allotment will be done by
- IRCTC post complete booking inthe tour. Allotment of lower berth is not guaranteed. Generally, one lower berth is provided among the two tourist booked together based on the age as well as health ground. Information about berth allotment will be given on the contact number provided by the guests in their booking, one week before the departure.
- On-board Linen service will be provided which includes One Pillow, Berth Bed-sheet and One AC Quilt, One Towel. Linen (except pillow & Quilt) will be changed generally at each destination at the time of guest’s arrival in the train after the destination stay and sight-seeing. However Quilt Cover will be changed once during the trip.
- Individual Soap and Toothbrush / Toothpaste is not provided on-board.
- Inside the train, Shower Rooms are available on both side of the coaches. It is advise to use limited water for bathing during train travel and avoid wastage of water.
- All equipment available on-board are public properties and any damage done by guest will be directly compensated by the concerned guest.
- Only Vegetarian Meals will be provided during your travel in “Shri Ramayana Yatra” Tour. All Menu are preset, choice of Menu / Ala Carte option is not available.
- Evening Tea Service will be provided during Train travel only. During sight-seeing / stay at destination, evening tea service will not be provided.
- Daily One liter water bottle will be provided to each guest in addition to on-board and off-board meal services.
- Good quality neat and clean hotels with AC Rooms will be provided to all guests at major tourism destinations for night stays. Destinations such as Janakpur and Chitrakoot, where hotels are not available with superior quality as compare to developed tourist destinations, best available accommodation will be provided to guests.
- Standard Check-In time at Hotels across India is 12:00 hrs and Check-out time is – 10 / 11:00 hrs.
- On arrival at hotel, guests are advised to wait patiently for allotment of rooms by IRCTC Tour Manager / Hotel Managers at the time of check-in at Hotels.
- During the Hotel stay any Room service including Tea / Coffee, laundry service etc. are directly payable by guests.
- All guests must submit the Keys before check-out from Hotel.
- Road Transport Service for transfer and sight-seeing will be provided in AC Coaches / Tempo traveler. Destinations where AC Coaches / Tempo traveler are not available, best available transport service will be provided to guests.
- Seats in the bus / tempo-traveler are not allocated. All guests are requested to allow Senior most guests and guests with some difficulties to board the bus first and give them front seats.
- During sight-seeing Tourist buses / vehicle will be parked in designated parking area. Being pilgrimage destinations, temple etc. are located in crowded areas not approachable by large coaches. In case if tourists wish to avail auto services for going short distances from the parking area to the temple, the expenses of auto etc., will be borne by guests on direct payment basis.
- Charges for Boating or activities not included in the tour are directly payable by guests.
- Guests are advised to carry one small hand bag along with their main luggage during travel . Big luggage can be left inside the train and only cloths required for day tours may be carried during the Hotel stay and destination sight-seeing.
- Being a group tour package, personalized services are not available.
- Avoid any unlawful arguments and rude behavior with service staffs and local people at the destinations.
- There might be delay in train arrivals and departures and some times train may not be able to follow the train timings for which you will have to bear with us.
- There may be changes in the sight-seeing itinerary that may be caused due to arise of situations beyond the control of IRCTC and that have to be adhered. In case any problem arises during the journey, IRCTC decision will be final.
- Announcements made in the train should be followed strictly to have pleasant travel. The Guest should follow the instruction given by the tour representative and should not interfere in the administration.
- Alternate arrangements will be made for disruption of tour on account of natural calamities / unavoidable circumstances and the cost to be borne by the guest.
- Arrangements will be made for medical attention during sickness and the cost to be borne by the guest.
- Passengers before boarding the train should ensure the proper check-up of their body / health from their Doctor in order to be fit for travelling, IRCTC will not be responsible for any mishap due to unfit condition / health problem such as restlessness / anxiety / Unusual breathing problem of Asthmatic clients / any other physical problems and Natural Death of the passengers.
- IRCTC reserves the right to remove any passenger that it feels is creating discord on the tour.
- IRCTC shall not be responsible for any mishaps caused due to negligence, non-compliance of instructions etc.
- Please ensure that your attire does not offend the locals / visitors at the places you visit. At holy shrines, you may be required to remove your shoes.

- IRCTC has right to alter itinerary under unavoidable circumstances and is not liable for any type of natural calamities / strikes / cancellation / delay of train / insurgency of any such nature which is beyond control during the tour period.
- Operation of Deluxe Tourist Train is subject to minimum number of passengers booked.
- Passengers before boarding the train should ensure the proper check-up of their body / health from their Doctor in order to be fit for travelling, IRCTC will not be responsible for any mishap due to unfit condition / health problem such as restlessness / anxiety / Unusual breathing problem of Asthmatic clients / any other physical problems and Natural Death of the passengers.

- DO’s for Tourist:
- Please DO follow guidelines of the Tour Manager at all times. Your Tour Manager is your source of information.
- Please DO carry a Photo Identity Card indicating proof of age such as Voter’s ID, Passport, PAN Card etc. for Security reasons.
- Please DO take complete and personal care of your belongings during the tour.
- Please DO maintain decency of language as a courtesy towards your fellow passengers in the train and other visitors at the shrines / places you visit.
- Please DO bear Entry Fee, if any, at the monuments if not specified in Inclusions.
- Please DO stay in groups and follow scheduled timings at the places you visit as per instructions of the Tour Manager.
- Please DO adhere to the revised itinerary if the situation so arises by following the instructions of Tour Manager. The itinerary provided to you may change due to unavoidable circumstances either before start of tour or during the tour.
- Please DO leave the contact details of person(s) to be contacted in case of any Emergency with the Tour Manager.
- Please DO ensure switching off the Lights and fans in the compartments when not in use.
DON’Ts for Tourist:
- Please DO NOT consume alcoholic beverages, bidis, and cigarettes during the tour. IRCTC does not provide, promote or sell alcoholic beverages / cigarettes / bidi etc. and condones the use of all such items in its programs. Consumption of such items while on train is an offence punishable under law.
- Please DO NOT carry any valuables like jewellery, antiques, electronic equipment’s etc., on the tour. Clients carrying the same shall do so at their own risk. In case of any theft or any law & order issues leading to loss of passenger’s property, IRCTC shall not be responsible for the same.
- Please DO NOT Carry any Prohibited articles in person or in your baggage. The client alone shall be responsible for the cost and consequences that follow in the event of the client carrying the same.
- Please DO NOT be rude while interacting with locals and Please DO NOT indulge in any arguments. In case of any doubts on any matter, you may please communicate with the Tour Manager.
- Please DO NOT indulge in Photography if the same is restricted at certain places.
- Please DO NOT offend the local regulations.
- Please DO NOT pull the chain while traveling on train as it is a punishable offence when done without a valid reason.
- Please DO NOT cross Railway Tracks but instead Use Foot Over Bridges.
- Please DO NOT waste any water unnecessarily in the train.
DO’s and DONT’S for COVID-19:
Please go through the following points to make your journey better and comfortable:
- COVID Vaccination (Full dose) is mandatory for Guests of age group 18 or above.
- Installation & use of Aarogya Setu App. by all guests.
- Tourist should wear face mask and hand gloves.
- Practice frequent hand washing with soap even when hands are not visibly dirty .Use of alcohol – based hand sanitizers (for at least 20 seconds) can be made wherever feasible.
- Luggage should be disinfected at reception / boarding point.
- Tourists are advised to avoid touching their eyes, nose and mouth with with their hands.
- All tourists have to abide the mandatory health advisories issued by the States / local administration which they are visiting.
- Tourist should avoid using other tourist’s phone, water bottle, umbrella etc as much as possible.
- Social distancing to be followed during boarding / deboarding of train / any other transport ,monuments &pilgrim places visit , group lunches / dinners etc.
- Loitering and crowding should be avoided in train corridors, gates, cabins, hotels / dharmashala etc.
- All tourists are advised that spitting is strictly prohibited in train, tourist places, buses, hotels / dharamshala etc.
- Touching of statues / idols / holy books etc. not allowed in religious / tourist places.
- No physical offerings like Prasad / distribution or sprinkling of holy water etc inside the religious place.
- Avoid physical contact while greeting each other.
