Operation of PRS counters at nominated stations on Central Railway
On Central Railway, PRS counters have started functioning at nominated stations from 22.5.2020 for the convenience of passengers to book reserved tickets in special trains.

It is also decided that the refund of reservation tickets for the trains cancelled for the journey between 22.3.2020 to 30.6.2020 will be granted as per the following schedule:
